Cities Light Academy Workshop (CLAW) believes in exploring traditional martial art weapon systems using a modern touch. We are an inclusive group that will allow you to explore, learn and have fun with stunt sabers.

We will start each workshop by getting the body ready to engage in physical activity. This is followed by learning some essential movements and patterns. Finally, if you so desire you can either continue to explore those essential movements or try some light contact exercise. You can bring your own stunt saber (must be duel appropriate) or we have limited number available for use. If there are more people attending that we have stunt sabers we may use some traditional martial arts equipment.

Workshops will be held  every third Saturday of the month  close to sundown. Open to enthusiasts 10 and older.

There will be a  $10 fee  to participate. Fee will be waived for current Twin Cities Aikido Center members and affiliated groups.

This is meant to be fun and enjoyable workshop for all attendees. Please be respectful of your fellow participants and help them discover their inner saber enthusiast.
