Here is our summary plan on how we will proceed in opening the dojo:

You are encouraged to show up in your gi to class to avoid congestion in the changing rooms, since we can only have one person at a time in the changing rooms. Comfortable flexible workout clothes that won’t mark the mat and with no protruding parts or metal on them will also be temporarily acceptable during this time.

June 22, 2020 Soft Opening after Covid

June 10, 2020 Minnesota allowed Limited re-opening for gyms under specific guidelines. TCAC prepared and executed a plan for opening the dojo in compliance with those guidelines, including a Covid19 preparedness plan.

May 5, 2020 Started Zoom training sessions We have many of the classes recorded. See our on-line classes video page

May 29-31, 2020, Spring Seminar – CANCELLED
Our 2020 Spring Seminar with Harvey Konigsberg Sensei and John Chiarolanzio was cancelled due to Coronavirus concerns.

Mar 26, 2020 Minnesota issued a Stay at Home order

Mar 15, 2020 Started a 6-part video series for training at home See our solo practice video page

Mar 13, 2020 Initiated a Dojo Closure for COVID-19 to protect our members.
